What Foods to Buy Organic

If you are forced with a choice of only buying some of your food organic, here are some guidelines:

These commonly consumed foods have some of the highest levels of pesticides

peaches
apples
sweet bell peppers
celery
strawberries
nectarines
raspberries
cherries
pears
grapes
lettuce (including spinach)
potatoes
tomatoe
meat - grass fed beef, free range, no antibiotics or hormones
dairy - free range, no antibiotics or hormones
